Auto Tech (Bowie) consistently provides exceptional service for all of our cars. The 2/25/20 service was standard maintenance (oil change, etc.). On 3/3/20, they replaced a broken outer door handle. On 3/6/20, the same car required one tire repair, and inspection of under car systems because the car encountered major debris on the highway road the night before, Auto Tech not only provides excellent technical service, they do so for a fair price, with a positive attitude and sincere care for the customer. We are so fortunate that we have Auto Tech in our area.

I didn't have service completed on my car but had a general question that not even the dealership would answer. I spoke with Max first and then to Greg who not only answered every question I've had, but went above and beyond to educate me. We have had cars serviced here before and have always been treated well but Greg didn't even ask that. He didn't try to sell me anything or give me unnecessary work and for that I applaud you guys!

Simply The Best !!! Greg is an expert diagnostician, initially over the telephone. Bruno is very efficient and extremely personable. I would recommend this business to everyone. Honest service. Their goal seems to be repairing your vehicle and getting you back on the road. They have repaired my H1 Hummer, Honda, 2002 Chrysler, and Honda Ridgland, all with great results.

Top shelf all the way, no question. I'm a retired auto tech (72 yrs. old.), and there's no other better to take care of my repair needs. All about facility, and the personnel is above reproach.

I have had new tires and a 100K maintenance done through these guys. They are professional and courteous. I am able to get over the money spent, because I trust that investment will keep my vehicle going for years to come. They certainly have a customer as long as I'm this close to their facility.

Autotech Car Care goes above and beyond for its customers. I recommended it to my friend, who could only come in after hours, and David graciously agreed to putting in the extra time to work with her schedule for a decent price. The customer service is impeccable and treats their customers as family. The owners are very accommodating in every way they can be. You will be treated correctly here and your car will have no problems!

This is "my shop". Brian is always a pleasure to deal with - very friendly, always helpful, goes out of his way to make sure questions are answered. I rarely have a problem getting my car in within a couple days. I've been nothing but pleased with the work they have done, and don't find them to be pricey. I've never had an issue with being recommended "extra" things or work that I didn't ask for. And, yeah, the lounge is awesome: free wifi, coffee, snacks.
